Steven brings 25 years of progressive and diverse Human Resources leadership experience across a variety of industries and varying stage companies with a focus on people, success, and excellence.
Prior to joining, Steven was the Chief People & Corporate Engagement Officer at Karyopharm Therapeutics, a publicly-traded, Oncology-focused biotech in the Greater Boston area. His responsibilities included leadership of all Human Resources functions as well as Corporate Communications and Patient Advocacy in addition to regular engagement with both the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors. Before Karyopharm, Steven held a variety of executive-level roles across the software and Healthcare IT space and was part of several acquisitions, mergers, and significant organizational changes.
Steven holds a BA in Interpersonal Communication and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and his MS in Human Resources from Suffolk University. He also obtained his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation from the Society of Human Resource Management.
