Dan Wichman is an experienced healthcare investor with expertise in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. He has worked on the buyside investing in the healthcare sector for more than two decades, most recently for 11 years as the partner responsible for pharmaceutical and biotechnology investments at Broadfin Capital. At Broadfin, a fund focused on small and mid-capitalization healthcare companies, he helped grow the fund from less than $50 million in assets to more than $1 billion through both investment appreciation and capital raising activities. He is an experienced public markets investor who has invested extensively in both commercial and development stage companies. He has also participated in numerous public financings of healthcare companies over the past 20+ years.
He holds a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
